Return & Exchange Policy

💳 Prepaid Orders

Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery.

Note: Shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount.

💵 Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

Returns are not accepted for COD orders with a total value below ₹300.

COD orders of ₹300 and above follow the standard 7-day return window.

1. Return Window

  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery
  • The return window starts from the date of delivery confirmation
  • Late return requests will not be accepted
  • Please contact us immediately if you wish to return an item

3. Eligible Items

✓ Returnable Items

  • Unused items in original condition
  • Items with original packaging and tags intact
  • Items without signs of wear or damage
  • Standard catalogue items

✗ Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or personalized jewellery
  • Items worn or showing signs of use
  • Items without original packaging
  • Pierced earrings (for hygiene reasons)
  • Sale or clearance items (unless defective)
  • COD orders below ₹300

4. Shipping Charges on Returns

For all eligible returns (prepaid & COD ₹300+): The original shipping charges will be deducted from your refund. You will receive the product price minus the shipping fee paid at the time of order.

  • Return shipping must be arranged by the customer
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method
  • We are not responsible for items lost in return transit
  • For defective or wrong items, full refund including shipping will be provided

Ship the Item

Securely pack the item with original packaging and ship to our address

Refund Processed

Refund issued within 5-10 business days after inspection (shipping charges deducted)

6. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
  • Processing time: 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the item
  • Bank processing may take additional 3-5 business days
  • You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed
  • Shipping charges are deducted from the refund unless the item was defective or wrong

7. Defective or Wrong Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos
  • We will arrange a pickup at no extra cost
  • Full refund including shipping charges will be provided
  • Replacement will be sent at no additional cost if available
